:: Do I have to pay sales tax? If you are a resident of Europe or if you are having products shipped to a European address, you have to pay 16% tax on all purchases (already included in the price). If you are outside of Europe your orders are tax free!!

:: What is the Sonic Warranty Policy?
Sonic products are fully warranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over an extended period of time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
:: What happens if I receive damaged or incorrect merchandise? If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please give us a call at your earliest convenience. If, through speaking with a customer service representative, it is determined that we made a mistake, we will have you note this in the "comments" section of your merchandise return slip and we will credit your account for the return postage.
:: Are rips and tears covered by Warranty? Rips, tears, burns and holes are not covered under the terms of our warranty policy.
We understand that even the best cared for pants and suits can meet with unforeseen accidents. If your Sonic product becomes damaged, we will repair it for a reasonable charge.
:: Is normal wear and tear covered by Warranty? We manufacture all of our products to meet our superior standards. However, regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Sonic product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.
The Sonic warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear.
:: Will mySonic productbe repaired or replaced? If your Sonic product fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will exercise the right to replace it.
Many of our customers become quite attached to their Sonic products, and do not want us to exercise the option to replace it.
If your Sonic product has special memories attached to it that make it irreplaceable to you, please let us know and we will come to an arrangement.
:: Who is responsible for Warranty shipping charges?
All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Sonic cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
We recommend that you send the item using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure that the shipping is pre-paid and the package is insured for full replacement value.
:: Who is responsible for return shipping charges?
Sonic will assume responsibility for the return shipping charges of all items covered by the Warranty.
However If you request that we return your product by special Overnight or 2nd Day Air Delivery, the additional shipping charges will be billed to you.
Return shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner's expense.
:: How do I send my Sonic product for repair? If you're having problems with your product, please send it to us at the following address for inspection and repair:

Please enclose with your item, a short note including your name, phone number and return address or location where someone will be available to sign for the return package.
Please mark the areas in question on the product with coloured or masking tape, so we can find them easily, and make sure that you include a note clearly describing their location.
:: How much do non Warranty covered repairs cost? The cost of non-warranty repairs varies from one repair to another, depending on the cost of the materials and length of time it takes for us to do the repair. If you are concerned about the expense, you can ask us to notify you with an estimate of the repair costs. After your product is assessed, we will call you with a final estimate so you can approve the charges before we commence the work. You may also give us a limit, i.e. "Please notify me if the repair charges exceed 40€."
:: Do I need to clean the item before returning?
Please ensure the product has been properly cleaned before sending.
Any products not considered properly clean will be sent out to a cleaner prior to the repair and we will assess an extra charge for this service.
Be advised that sending a product in need of cleaning may add an unexpected delay of two weeks or more.
The extra charge for the cleaning is 15€.
:: How long will my repair take? Typically our turn around time is three to four weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you, this includes the overland shipping time to you. In some cases we can return it to you sooner. In rare cases, it may take longer. During peak season our turnaround time can stretch to six weeks.
Also If your product needs to be sent out to be cleaned, you may expect up to two additional weeks before it will be returned to you.
If normal turnaround time presents a problem for you, tell us. On occasions we are able to "rush" repairs through for special situations. (See below… Can my product repair be rushed?).
:: Can my product repair be rushed? In special cases, if you need your repair back before the normal expected turnaround time, we can do a RUSH repair for you at no additional charge.
To request a RUSH repair, please contact us directly before sending your product to us so that we can tell you if we can accept a RUSH repair or not.
Once we have accepted to do a RUSH repair send the item by way of Federal Express orUPS overnight or 2nd Day Air Delivery, or some other speedy means.
Please write RUSH in big letters on the package. Include a note with your name, address and phone number, explaining what the necessary repairs are and the date you require your product back by.
We will do all we can to see that you have it back in time.
